...a dance company run by freelance teacher, choreographer and dancer Anna Gilderson (formerly Anna Henry). It works alongside schools, churches and communities; encouraging, growing and releasing participants to explore dance in a creative way. Dance is an excellent form of communication that crosses boundaries and cultures and talks about things that people may find hard to. Children, young people and adults uC Grace works with are encouraged to have fun, be who they are, and use their creativity. Check out our ABOUT page.
The community dance class strand of uC Grace aims to create an environment where young and old alike can come and share in dance. Classes and workshops provide a fantastic opportunity to be introduced or develop further skills in dance, as well as team work, flexibilty, co-ordination, fitness and much more. There are opportunities for parents to come and watch classes, some performance opportunities and during some holidays there are holiday dance sessions to keep your children occupied!
Check out the GET DANCING page.
Is in our church strand of work which explores dance in faith. As more opportunities grow for Living Colour to connect with different churches and we help to direct, inform and share with them on movement and dance in faith, it recognises different groups coming under this banner and continues to provide a network and opportunities for people from different churches to join together and move and dance for God. With regular bi-monthly workshops, training events and retreats there is lots going on. Check out the LIVING COLOUR SEED page.
